| The International Guild of Knot Tyers is a worldwide association of people who share a common interest in all aspects knots and knotting. The Guild was founded in 1982 with a mission to promote the art, craft, and science of knotting, to undertake research into all aspects of knotting, and to establish an authoritative body for consulting purposes. |
| The Texas Branch was formed as a chapter of the IGKT in February 1996. Our membership has grown steadily and now includes members from England and Tasmania. Membership in the Texas Branch is open to beginning knot tyers and experts alike. Click here to e-mail us for more information. |
